Reach a person
Email hello@getthisshot.com. Include your event code, the one on your cards, and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is usually enough to find it without asking you anything else.
Never send us a password, a sign-in code, or card details. We will never ask you for any of them, and we cannot do anything useful with them.
Not a problem, just a question
What it costs and what each plan includes is on the pricing page, and there is a free tier that needs no card. Guests: joining an event
Scan the QR code on the card, or open the link your host sent you. There is nothing to install and no account to make. If the album asks for a passcode, your host set one and has it.
Guests: a photo will not go up
Keep the page or the app open while it finishes. On a slow venue connection a photo can take a while, and anything that fails is retried by itself when you come back. If a photo still will not land, it is worth telling the host so they know a moment is missing.
Hosts: getting your photos out
Downloading everything at full size is free, on every plan, the whole time. It is not behind a paid tier and it is not behind the expiry date. Open your event and choose Download everything. If you download it all on day one and never come back, you have lost nothing.
Refunds
If the product does not do what this site says it does, tell us and we will refund you in full. If your event has not happened yet, ask and we will refund you. After an event has run and you have the photos, we will still listen, but we will not promise the answer in advance.
Up to the moment your event starts you can refund it yourself, from the event's own page, without writing to anybody. After that, email us.
How long your album stays online
A free event is hosted for 90 days from the day you create it. A paid event is hosted for one year. That is the whole album: the photos, the clips, the messages, the board.
Before hosting ends we email you twice, thirty days out and seven days out. Each email offers the same two things: download everything, or keep it online another year for $19. You can do both, and doing nothing is also a choice.
When hosting ends the album comes off the web and we delete nothing. For a year after that we keep your files, and if you ask at any point in that year we will put the album back online at no charge. After that year they are deleted.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Me and then Delete account. On the website, sign in and open your profile. You will be asked to confirm by typing the word, because it cannot be undone. Download anything you want to keep first.
Reporting a photo
Open the photo and choose Report photo, or email us with the event code. Hosts can hide or remove anything from their own album at any time. Our safety guidelines say what is not allowed. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than us.
