What belongs here

Photos you took or have permission to share. Be thoughtful about children, private moments and anyone who does not want their photo shared.

What is not allowed

Harassment, threats, hateful or sexually explicit content, exploitation, illegal content, or posting someone’s private information without permission.

Report a photo

Open the photo in the app or website and choose Report photo. Our team reviews reports. Hosts can also hide or remove photos from their album.

Block a contributor

Choose Block contributor in the photo viewer to hide that contributor’s photos in that event on your current device. Guests do not need an account, so their identity is specific to the browser or app they joined with.

Need help?

Email hello@getthisshot.com with the event code and a description of the problem. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Delete your account

In the app, open Me → Delete account. On the website, open Your events → Your profile → Delete account. Confirm your request by typing DELETE. Requests are recorded for completion within 30 days. Download photos you want to keep first. Deletion includes your account and hosted albums; required transaction records may be retained.
