How long does the album stay online?
Free events are hosted for 90 days from the day you create them. A paid event is hosted for one year. Before hosting ends we email you twice, thirty days out and seven days out, offering the same two things: download everything, or keep it online another year for $19.
When hosting ends the album comes off the web and we delete nothing. For a year after that we keep your files, and if you ask in that year we put the album back online at no charge. After that year they're deleted.
Can I download everything at full size?
Yes, on every plan, the whole time. It isn't behind a paid tier and it isn't behind the expiry date. Open your event and choose Download everything.
How are guests counted?
A guest is a device: one per phone or browser that opens the event. A paid plan admits a fifth over its number before anyone is turned away, so a 150 plan really seats 180, and you're warned from 150 onward. Free stops at 10.
Somebody already admitted is never turned away, however full the room gets.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. A free event moves to a paid plan from its plan settings. If a paid event needs a bigger plan, write to hello@getthisshot.com and we'll move it up.
Is it a subscription?
No. Party, Event and Plus are paid once. Another year of hosting is $19, and only if you choose it.
